Our Story
In 2004, Enza and Mike Huff opened Enza’s Italian Restaurant to continue a long tradition of serving great food just the way Enza grew up.
Born in Palermo, Sicily, Enza immigrated to America at the age of 10. She began by working in the family bakery when she was 14 and has been in the restaurant business most of her life, and has learned what people expect and deserve in their Dining experience.
As for Mike, born and raised in an Italian neighborhood in New Jersey, he left a long career in the cosmetics industry to train and become a Chef so he could join his wife and launch the restaurant together. And they built and opened their restaurant just the way Enza wanted it: a warm and relaxing atmosphere with great food, huge portions and a standing invitation to ask for it just the way you want it. More than 40 years of culinary excellence is ready to make you smile!
Don’t count Mike or Enza short on innovation, either, as demonstrated by their Seafood Lasagna and their fabulous, low-carb, Chicken Stephanie demonstrate.
What’s their secret? Their passion for great food and a quality meal.
Needless to say, Mike and Enza have perfected their food preparation to make you a meal bursting with Mediterranean flavors, and proudly declare their Chicken Parmigiana to be the juiciest anywhere!
